How did R1 help you on your journey as an agent?
I was new to the NM market and I met Jessica and immediately felt comfortable. I was able to start out without a ton of money out of pocket, and even once used the commission advance. It was very helpful having the print shop and ability to defer payment while I was just getting going. It allowed me to take listings and be a professional to the client.
How did you get to the point of running your own office?
Well, I was moving to Utah, and thought maybe about joining a team, but honestly, all the fees were too high. The pressure to do a certain amount of sales, to HAVE to go to the office every day, for set hours. R1 Spoiled me! So I reached out to Mike and Jessica to open an R1 Utah office and never looked back!
